I have had a passion for fibre since I learned to spin years ago in New Zealand. Through many moves and much travel, I have always carried my drop spindle in my bag. Along the way I learned to weave and dye to utilize my handspun and I fell in love with tapestry.

I love that with tapestry you can paint a picture with fibre. I look at flowers or scenery and envision them as tapestries, blending different colours or types of fibre to get the excat shade or texture.

I enjoy the challenge of taking a thought and translating it into a tapestry.
