Inspired by my Scottish grandmothers, textiles have always been a part of my life, from creating outfits for dolls by hand and making paper mache puppets at a very early age.
I have dabbled many years in weaving, felting, dying and spinning. Once retired I was able to devote more time to learning tapestry weaving, a path I am still on.
I receive the greatest inspiration from nature and its elements.
