What is Tapestry Weaving

Tapestry is a type of fiber weaving.

The structure of the tapestry consists of the crossing of threads known as the warp and the weft. The warp threads are hidden inside the weft threads and are not visible in the finished piece. Various colors of weft thread are passed over and under the warp to create a pattern or image. This method of weaving is done on a loom. It’s an art form that uses textile fibers to create images.
